How do we book multiple hours on the website?When you add your first hour, hit add to cart, then hit continue browsing. Go back and grab the next hour and add it to cart also. Then when you go to the checkout screen, it should show both hours.

If we book an hour or two in advance can we extend it once there?Yep! If no one has booked the time after you, you can extend your time by the hour, or by the minute.

Can I still rent a room if I don't have the minimum amount of people for the room?You are more than welcome to! Just book it for the minimum for that room.

Is the website booking availability accurate?Yep! ​The website updates booking availability in real time for Rooms One, Two, and Three. The "Private Party" reservations do not check the room availability, so that needs to be coordinated with Ace. Email, text, or call him first.

How do I get or use my skulls (points) if I book online?We now have bones available on the website! The skulls you earn in person could not be used on the website unfortunately, so we created a separate system to ensure you early bookers got the same rewards! You can still earn and use skulls in person, but now you can also save on all your reservations! Just head to the loyalty screen.

Can we split the bill?Yes indeed! ​The bill can be split multiple ways right on the terminal if you are paying in person.

Are there discounts?We have discounts for military and first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS). In person, just let Ace or Kitty know and show them your ID and they'll add it. For online reservations, text your corresponding ID for the discount code, or just let Kitty or Ace know in person when you show up for your reservation and they'll add the amount of skulls you would have saved to your rewards account.

Can we use YouTube music?No, using YouTube music is illegal and can result in legal fines. YouTube does not have the licensing rights to use songs for karaoke in a business setting. Many songs on YouTube are illegally uploaded and violate private usage laws.

Can we play our own music?No. Again, it’s about owning the rights to the music being played in a public business setting.

Is there an app?Not yet. We may have one for the business that you can rent rooms on down the road.

What if my friend throws up?If your friend throws up, there will be a $50 fee in rooms one and two, and a $100 fee in room three.

Can minors attend by themselves?We will consider high school aged minors on their own as long as they are their parents understand they'll be liable for any damaged property. Elementary school aged minors should have at least one legal aged adult with them.

Do you have food or drinks?Yes, we offer beer, seltzers, waters, sodas, and limited snacks such as chips, pretzels, and candy.

Are outside beverages and food allowed?No outside beverages, but most outside food can be allowed. We'll just need a heads up on what it is and there will be a service fee applied.

Does everyone in a room have to be 21 to drink?Yes. Even if only one person is drinking, everyone in that room needs to be 21. Families in with their smaller children can be a discussion. Pro tip! If anyone is considering drinking, get carded as you come in because all IDs need to be scanned, so it'll be easier to knock that out before y'all start. If you do have a minor in the room you can always come out and enjoy a frosty beverage in the lobby with Ace and Timmy (the reaper by the photo wall). Ace promises not to make it weird...but cannot speak for Timmy.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?No, bringing your own alcohol is not legal in California with our license type.
