To book multiple hours online, add your first hour to the cart, then click 'Continue Browsing' to select additional hours. Once all hours are added, proceed to checkout to confirm your booking.
Yes! If no one has booked the time after you, you can extend your time by the hour or by the minute.
No, you can book a karaoke room at That One Place even if your group doesn't meet the minimum group size for that room. Just book it for the minimum required.
Yep! The website updates booking availability in real time for Rooms One, Two, and Three. The "Private Party" reservations do not check the room availability, so that needs to be coordinated with Ace. Email, text, or call him first.
We now have bones available on the website! The skulls you earn in person could not be used on the website unfortunately, so we created a separate system to ensure you early bookers got the same rewards! You can still earn and use skulls in person, but now you can also save on all your reservations! Just head to the loyalty screen.
Yes indeed! The bill can be split multiple ways right on the terminal if you are paying in person.
We have discounts for military and first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS). In person, just let Ace or Kitty know and show them your ID and they'll add it. For online reservations, text your corresponding ID for the discount code, or just let Kitty or Ace know in person when you show up for your reservation and they'll add the amount of skulls you would have saved to your rewards account.
Sorry, YouTube isn’t an option for karaoke in our private rooms. It’s not legally licensed for business use, and many songs there don’t have the proper rights.
No, you cannot bring your own music to That One Place due to licensing rights required for public business settings.
Not yet. We may have one for the business that you can rent rooms on down the road. There is an app called EvoClub User that we use to request new songs. There's info on our Instagram (@thatoneplacefresno) of how to use that free app. Eventually you'll also be able to use that app to search our catalogue, but not at the moment.
If your friend throws up, there will be a $50 fee in rooms one and two, and a $100 fee in room three.
High school-aged minors can visit alone if their parents accept liability for any damages. Elementary-aged minors must be accompanied by an adult.
If you need to cancel, let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, save the booking as store credit, or receive a refund. For cancellations under 24 hours but more than an hour before your booking, we can only offer store credit. If you're late, we’ll do our best to accommodate your full time, but it’s not guaranteed. Once the booking time has passed, refunds are not possible as the room was reserved for you.
