No, but booking ahead is strongly recommended! You’re welcome to walk in, but we can’t guarantee the room size your group needs. You can book online or in person.
Want to sing longer? Just add your first hour to the cart, hit 'Continue Browsing' to grab more hours, and then check out to lock in your extended karaoke fun!
We do not take payment over the phone or via text, so reservations will need to be made here on the website, or in person.
You bet! Our website updates room availability in real time for Rooms One, Two, and Three. For "Private Party" reservations, just coordinate with Ace via email, text, or call first.
No, you can book a karaoke room at That One Place even if your group doesn't meet the minimum group size for that room. Just book it for the minimum required.
You can use Bones on the website now! Your in-person Skulls still work in person, but they don’t transfer to online bookings. Open the loyalty screen to save on your reservation!
Absolutely! You can split the bill multiple ways right at the terminal when paying in person. Easy peasy!
We have discounts for military and first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS). In person, just let Ace or Kitty know and show them your ID and they'll add it. For online reservations, text your corresponding ID for the discount code, or just let Kitty or Ace know in person when you show up for your reservation and they'll add the amount of skulls you would have saved to your rewards account.
No, you can’t bring your own music. We use licensed music for a public business setting, so you’ll need to choose from our system.
If your friend throws up, there will be a $50 fee in rooms one and two, and a $100 fee in room three.
If you’re in high school, you can visit on your own as long as your parent or guardian accepts liability for any damages! If you’re in elementary school, you need an adult with you.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and you’ll get a full refund! If you cancel less than 24 hours but at least 1 hour before your booking, you can get store credit or move to another open time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your booking aren’t eligible for a refund or store credit.
